The buildings, terminals, and facilities have been reproduced using 3D modeling, with both the North and South Terminal layouts and even the real-world use being accurate (as per the real-world you will take off and land on one runway and use the other for taxiing).
The airport really comes to life thanks to such features as the service cars in the airport (for the planes) and the general vehicle traffic around it, as well as the dynamic lightings, shadow, and day-night cycles.
