Eurocopter EC-135 for FSX

The Eurocopter EC-135 was introduced into service in 1996 with over 600 manufactured as of today. The simulated helicopter includes the patented Fenestron tail rotor identical to the real life chopper. This rotor allows for low noise by arranging the ten blades asymmetrically and at different intervals. This is what creates less helicopter noise.

The Eurocopter EC-135 simulation includes three variants in the program.

• The Emergency Medical Service helicopter (T1) can be flown by one or two pilots and has room for three doctors or medical attendants and two stretcher patients.
• The Passenger Transport model (P1) can carry a pilot and up to seven passengers.
• The VIP model (9T1) is designed to carry four or five VIPs.

There are two engine types you can choose from in the program. You can choose either the Turbomeca Arrius 2B (T) or the Pratt and Whitney Canada PW206B (P0. The two engine types are equipped with Full Authority Digital Engine Control System (FADEC). This system provides enhanced performance, engine protection, and power plant monitoring. Just like the real life helicopter, the simulation was designed with this system for you.

Nemeth Designs built many features into this replica exactly like the real Eurocopter EC-135. The interior and exterior visual models and textures are included with amazingly accurate detail. There are custom interior and exterior animations so you fell like you're really flying this helicopter.

The virtual cockpit is fully clickable and all flight can be controlled from the virtual cockpit. Nemeth Designs made sure to include realistic flight dynamics. This add-on give you three different panel configurations to choose from: CDS/analog, CPDS/FCDS, and the CPDS/analog. You are also given two liveries for all variants. Included in the package is a PDF manual and Paintkit.

Eurocopter's EC 135 is a very powerful lightweight twin-engine multipurpose helicopter and is operational worldwide. Over 600 have been delivered since the helicopter entered service in 1996 and the helicopter is flown by over 100 customers in 27 countries.

The helicopter incorporates Eurocopter's low-noise patented Fenestron tail rotor. The array of ten blades in the Fenestron are arranged asymmetrically and are spaced at different intervals which substantially reduces the helicopter noise.

The standard version carries the pilot and six or seven passengers. The VIP / executive version is fitted for four or five VIP passengers. The cabin is fitted with large sliding doors for easy boarding and exit. The Emergency Medical Service helicopter can be flown by one or two pilots. The helicopter can carry one or two stretcher patients and up to three doctors and medical attendants. Different medical installations are tailored to the operating organisation's need.

Eurocopter offers a choice of two engine types for the EC 135, both types equipped with Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC).
