The Aeronca Champ is the plane that helped to train many of the best pilots in the world. It also is a favorite for private pilots and many Cadets have earned their wings by being trained in the Aeronca Champion.

The Aeronca is a perfect choice for flying in and out of tight air strips, going out the lake and for just flying around enjoying the scenery.

A nice FSX model, but not entirely compatible with FSX-SE. I have a copilot window that I add to every one of my aircraft and I cannot modify it with the gauges that came with this model so I have had to use gauges from the L19 and the Canso PBY.

The sound is off as well. I have a freeware Aeronca Champ with a much better sound set and I have ported that over to this model making it more realistic. I have also noticed that the gauges are blurry and the VC is not clickable in FSX-SE

Even though it is not entirely compatible with FSX-SE I am using it with that SIM. I look forward to a new model for FSX and FSX-SE.

Down-loaded very easily. Plane flies good, but I haven't been able to spin it, yet. I would like the standard factory colors of yellow and international orange with the original design as well as one with green instead of the orange, as it was offered for a very short time back then. My slip/skid ball is a bit weird, too as I saw in another post. It is a very good airplane.

This Champ looks fairly good and fly's great. I do have an issue with clarity. The gauges on the dash are all blurry and the N numbers on the out side of the plane are also blurry. Not like the pictures and video. I may have to uninstall it and reinstall. If you have any ideas, I would love to here them.

Nice Sim for the price. Very easy to fly. However. Balance ball is wonky and every variation is the 65HP model. No 85HP and corresponding performance on the later models was made available in this offering!
